Each item purchased from Ndence.com is produced responsibly and shipped with care. We process and prepare all orders within 3 to 7 business days from the time your purchase is completed.
By using on-demand production methods, we minimize waste and avoid overstocking, helping reduce our environmental footprint.

Once your order leaves our facility, standard shipping times apply depending on your destination. You will receive a tracking email containing real-time shipping updates and your tracking number. Simply click the tracking link to follow your package’s journey.

For international customers, delivery may take slightly longer due to customs regulations and country-specific logistics. We appreciate your patience — ethical and eco-conscious shipping sometimes requires additional time to ensure safe and compliant delivery.

We currently accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard.
At this time, we do not support PayPal or prepaid gift cards, as we aim to ensure transparent, traceable transactions that align with fair trade and anti-fraud standards.

All transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure payment gateway, which uses advanced encryption and data protection technology.
We do not collect or store any payment details, ensuring your financial information remains safe, private, and compliant with PCI DSS Level 1 Security Standards.

4. Ethical Shipping & International Policy

We currently ship to the United States only, but we are actively working toward expanding our reach responsibly, using carbon-efficient logistics partners that share our values.

When we begin international shipping, pricing and delivery times will vary depending on your country and local postal regulations. The cost of shipping will always be clearly displayed before checkout so that you can make informed decisions without hidden fees.

We continually assess our packaging materials to minimize environmental impact. Whenever possible, we use recyclable, biodegradable, or reusable materials for both product protection and shipping.


5. Changing or Correcting an Order

Mistakes happen — and we understand.
If you realize that you’ve selected the wrong product, size, or shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@ndence.com.
If your order has not yet entered production or shipping, we will gladly make the necessary changes at no additional cost.

Because we process orders quickly to reduce production time and material waste, we encourage customers to double-check order details before confirming payment. Quick communication helps us maintain efficiency and reduce unnecessary shipping emissions caused by returns.


6. Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every product we create. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Returned items must be in unused condition, in their original packaging, and suitable for resale.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our support team at support@ndence.com with your order number and reason for return.
A $20 restocking fee may apply to exchanges, helping us cover handling costs while discouraging unnecessary returns — an important step toward reducing waste and excess transportation emissions.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no cost to you, and no return will be required for clearly damaged products.

For all other returns, once approved, you will receive instructions on how to safely send the product back to us.


7. Undeliverable & Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a shipment is marked as “Returned to Sender” because of an incorrect address or delivery issue, we will reship your package at no additional charge once it is returned to our facility.
We encourage customers to verify their shipping information carefully before checkout to prevent delays and reduce unnecessary fuel use from multiple deliveries.


8. Product Care & Longevity

Our commitment to sustainability continues even after your product reaches you.
Each item is designed to last when properly cared for. We include washing and maintenance instructions to help you preserve your item’s quality and durability.
Please follow these instructions closely — over-washing or incorrect cleaning methods can damage designs and shorten product lifespan.

If a product appears defective after proper care, contact support@ndence.com with photos and details. We will assess your concern fairly and provide a solution that aligns with our quality standards and environmental values.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product or one that is damaged, we sincerely apologize.
Simply email us at support@ndence.com with your order number, a brief description, and (if possible) a photo of the issue. We will verify your claim and ship a replacement or offer a full refund.
You will not be responsible for any additional shipping costs, and you do not need to return defective items.
